摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a vibration damping characteristic of a damper mechanism while restraining deterioration of a maximum output of a rotary electric machine in a power output device having an engine, a damper mechanism and the rotary electric machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rotor 17 of a rotary electric machine 16 is arranged on an outer periphery of a stator 18, and a damper mechanism 11 is arranged on an outer periphery of the rotor 17 of the rotary electric machine 16. By this arrangement, an outside diameter of the damper mechanism 11 can be made large, and a large flexible stroke of a spring member 23 can be secured, so as to reduce a spring constant of the spring member 23. Furthermore, the large outside diameter of the rotor 17 of the rotary electric machine 16 can be secured, so as to restrain deterioration of a maximum torque of the rotary electric machine 16 and deterioration of the maximum output.
