<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the enhancement of workability by completing the visual inspection of the whole surfaces and insides of a plurality of balls in a short time and to prevent the adhesion of a contaminant to the surfaces of the balls and the occurrence of the surface flaws of the balls during visual inspection. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This visual inspection jig comprises two up and down superposed plate materials 1 and 4 and constituted so that a plurality of ball holes 3 having a shape bringing a part of the base of each of the balls B becoming inspection targets into contact with the lower plate material 4 are arranged to the upper plate material 1 at a constant pitch and keep zigzag guide holes 2 bored in both sides of the plurality of ball holes 3. The pins inserted in the guide holes 2 provided to the upper plate material 1 are provided to the lower plate material 4, and the clearance between the pins and the guide holes is set to 0.05-0.1 mm to move the pins along the sides of the zigzag guide holes to move the relative position of the upper and lower plate materials 1 and 4, so that all of the balls B held to the ball holes 3 of the upper plate material 1 are rotated over a definite distance in one direction at the same time to successively and repeatedly enable the visual inspection of all surfaces of the balls B.
