<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit reducing spuriousness while reducing a circuit area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit includes: a first amplifier circuit to which a base band signal is inputted via a first input terminal and which outputs a signal obtained by amplifying the input base band signal; a doubling circuit to which a local oscillation signal is inputted via a second input terminal and which outputs a multiplication signal obtained by doubling a frequency of the input local oscillation signal; an adder which outputs an addition signal obtained by adding the multiplication signal and the signal output by the first amplifier circuit; a second amplifier circuit to which the addition signal is inputted and which outputs a signal obtained by amplifying the input addition signal; and a mixer which outputs a signal obtained by multiplying the signal output by the second amplifier circuit and the local oscillation signal inputted via the second input terminal to an output terminal as a modulation signal.
