PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good-looking indicating display for a motor vehicle capable of preventing a reflected image thereon, and in which a shape of a protection panel used therefore can be designed as gentle-sloping as possible, while ensuring necessary performance. SOLUTION: The indicating display for a motor vehicle 10 includes a metering device 14, an instrument panel 12 having a canopy 20 curved in the vehicle width direction over the metering device 14, and a meter glass 16 covering the front of the metering device 14 under the canopy 20, the meter glass 16 having a horizontal curvature gradually increasing from the top toward the bottom and projecting to the eye range I side.
