<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly accurate writing to a disk by preventing a user from easily erasing history of opening of a cartridge case so as not to perform writing to a taken-out disk after the disk is taken out once from the cartridge case. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A conductive member 102 is provided within a cartridge and both ends of the conductive member can be touched from outside the cartridge, and however the conductive member is disposed so as to pass through a part which cannot be touched from the outside even in a state in which a cover 103 of the cartridge is opened. The state of the part which cannot be touched is changed when the disk taking-out cover is once opened. Thereby, since easy repair by the user can be prevented, prevention of rewriting to the taken out disk can be ensured and highly accurate writing is made possible. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
