Ž<P>SOLUTION: This electronic control device 6 controls the secondary air supply mechanism 4 provided with an air pump 41 sucking external air and an air supply valve 42 supplying the sucked external air to a secondary air supply pipe 5, and warms up the catalyst 122. The device 6 is provided with a storage part storing an abnormality judgment map of the secondary air supply mechanism 4 predetermined based on relations between relative pressure value and pressure change value before and after operation of the air pump 41, and a control part judging abnormality of the secondary air supply mechanism 4 if exhaust gas detection value is fuel rich when the air pump 41 is operated to open the air supply valve 42 and the relative pressure value and the pressure change value calculated based on a detection value of a pressure sensor 43 are included in areas of the abnormality judgment map where abnormality is not judged.
