<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device which is easy to use and is easily used repeatedly in carrying and storing a long item. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A peeler body 21 and a square pipe 11 are connected through a joint 40. The body 21 and the joint 40 are connected by engaging a key 23 in a key groove 123 and the first pin 25 in the first groove hole 125. The body 21 rotates relative to the joint 40 and the joint 40 moves freely sideways relative to the pipe 11 when the key 23 and the key groove 123 are disengaged. The sideways position of the body 21 and the pipe 11 is determined by engaging the third pin 27 in the third hole 327. The body 21 and the joint 40 move sideways relative to the pipe 11 when the pin 27 is removed from the hole 327.
