<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device for a vehicle capable of preventing excessive cooling to person on board at the time of cooling while securing a heating condition to the person on board at the time of heating, and capable of reducing noise by reducing a blow-out air amount and reducing burning of the person's head. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioning device for the vehicle includes a blower unit for selectively sucking ambient air or inside-cabin air; an inside-cabin air-conditioning unit arranged downstream of the blower unit, including an air passage having a cooling means, a heating means, and an adjusting means for adjusting an amount of air passing through the heating means, and including a blow-out mode means for selectively opening and closing a plurality of opening parts through which temperature-adjusted air is blown out into a cabin; and a seat air-conditioning unit connected with the inside-cabin air-conditioning unit and for supplying the temperature-adjusted air of the inside-cabin air-conditioning unit to a seat for person on board. A temperature of air blown out from the seat air-conditioning unit is changed by a predetermined temperature with respect to a temperature of air blown out from the inside-cabin air-conditioning unit.
