HOLLOW STRUCTURE AND THE WELDING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A hollow structure and a welding method thereof are provided to produce extrusion is provided to manufacture extrusion material regardless of necessary condition of the friction welding. CONSTITUTION: A hollow structure comprises a first panel(10), a second panel(20) and a rib(30). The first panel consists of a truss(15) which supports and interlinks a top plate and a lower plate. The first panel is integrated by extruding a top plate(11), a lower plate(13) and the truss. The second panel consists of the truss which supports and interlinks the top plate and the lower plate. The top plate, the lower plate and truss are into one body manufactured with the extrusion and the second panel is formed. The second panel is integrated by extruding the top plate, the lower plate and truss.
