PURPOSE: A humidifier with a bacteria removal function using a calcium oxide aqueous solution is provided to have a bacteria removal function using a aqueous solution containing 0.001~1w% calcium oxide. CONSTITUTION: Water for a humidifier is used to apply germicidal power on the humidifier which adjusts humidity in a residential space. A calcium oxide solution is used in order to create the germicidal power in the humidifier. The calcium oxide solution is obtained by plasticizing shells and contains 0.001~1w% calcium oxide. The hydrogen ion concentration(pH) is approximately 9~13. A scattering prevention unit(34) prevents water droplets from exiting the humidifier.
