摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device capable of unfailingly shrinking an electromechanical conversion element. <P>SOLUTION: The driving device 1 is provided with: a piezoelectric element 5; a drive shaft 6 attached on one end of a telescopic direction of the piezoelectric element 5; a lens frame frictionally engaging with the drive shaft 6; and an FPC 7 electrically connected to the piezoelectric element 5 by a conductive adhesive 8 and transmitting a driving signal to the piezoelectric element 5. In this driving device 1, the piezoelectric element 5 is disposed on a surface 7a of the FPC 7 so that the surface 7a may be parallel to a telescopic direction. The width of the telescopic direction of part of the FPC 7 where the piezoelectric element 5 is disposed is made to be shorter than the length of the telescopic direction of the piezoelectric element 5 when it mostly shrinks. Thus, in the connecting surface of the drive shaft 6 and the piezoelectric element 5, even under the situation that the surface of the drive shaft 6 is larger than the surface of the piezoelectric element 5 or a weight 11 is attached on the other end of the piezoelectric element 5, the drive shaft 6, the weight 11 and the FPC 7 do not interfere with each other too much. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
