摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicular power transmission device including a plurality of speed change parts controlled by an electric motor, can improve the reliability of control in simultaneous opposite speed change of the plurality of speed change parts. <P>SOLUTION: A hydraulic control value change means 84 changes, based on controlled variables of a first electric motor M1 and/or a second electric motor M2 in execution of the simultaneous opposite speed change, a hydraulic control value C<SB>TR</SB>for performing speed change of a first speed change part 16 and/or a second speed change part 20 by learning so as to reduce the controlled variables.
