PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination lighting device capable of preventing various problems caused when an electron block receives "drop" and "abnormal vibration (earthquake, transportation)", and of terminating the electron block safely and rationally when it receives physical damages beyond assumption. SOLUTION: When an electronic ballast receives the physical damages, portions corresponding to D_Point and E_Point are easier to be disconnected than the other sites. D_Point and E_Point become a control power supply (around 5 to 12 V) line of controls IC 1, 2, and even in the case "peeling-off" and pattern cut are caused at its part (on pattern of printed circuit board), an arc current becomes hard to occur in a circuit. In this way, a weak point is positively installed at the printed circuit board, and when receiving the physical damages (drop and abnormal vibration) beyond assumption, a specified site on the printed circuit board is made to be disconnected positively, and an electron block internal circuit is made shut down.
