PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance sealing performance, and to stregthen connection parts and a connection force. SOLUTION: In an antivibration device provided with a resin first mounting member 3, a second mounting member, a rubber elastic body 5 for elastically connecting the first mounting member 3 and the second mounting member and closing a one side opening end of the first mounting member 3, a diaphragm 6 for closing the other side opening end of the first mounting member 3 and a partition member 8, a resin pressing member 9, overlapped with the other side of the first mounting member 3, for pressing the first mounting member 3 from the other side is provided. In the connection part 11 of the first mounting member 3 and the pressing member 9, a sealing area 11A having an elastically deformable elastic body 12 arranged between a connection surface 3a of the first mounting member 3 and a connection surface 9a of the pressing member 9 along its whole circumference and a welded area 11B where connection surfaces 3b, 9b are welded by fusing an interface of the connection surface 3b of the first mounting member 3 and the connection surface 9b of the pressing member 9 are formed side by side in a radial direction of the first mounting member 3.
