<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bent part of an endoscope having the structure that does not nip the outer skin between bent pieces even without equipping a blade on the outer face of a connection body of bent pieces. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bent part 5 of an endoscope includes an inner structure that ring shape bent pieces 8 set parallel with the insertion direction of an endoscope 1 are rotatably connected and a flexible outer skin 10 is covered on the outer periphery face of the connection body of the bent pieces 8. The outer skin 10 is hardly hooked by a corner part 15 of the bent pieces 8 by setting a slope face 14 on the outer periphery edge parts 13 of the bent pieces 8. Accordingly the outer skin 10 becomes easily slidable, the bent part of the endoscope having a structure not nipping the outer skin between the bent pieces without setting a blade can be provided.
