<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-oxidation degree measuring kit of urine capable of simply measuring an anti-oxidation degree in a living body showing protective power against active enzyme inducing various diseases in a general home or a clinic by requiring no special apparatus or special operation, and capable of the dangerousness of diseases by measuring the anti-oxidation degree of urine, an anti-oxidation degree measuring method of urine and a determination method of the stress in the living body by the measurement of the anti-oxidation degree of urine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The anti-oxidation degree measuring kit of urine contains an indicator component containing 2, 4, 6-tris (2-pyridyl)-1, 3, 5-triazine and a metal salt containing trivalent iron. The anti-oxidation degree measuring method of urine using the anti-oxidation degree measuring kit and the determining method of the stress in the living body by the measurement of the anti-oxidation degree of urine are also disclosed.
