PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator capable of obtaining long-time stability without varying a vibration frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device (100) includes: a piezoelectric frame (20) including a piezoelectric piece (30) where an excitation electrode (35) is formed, and an outer frame (21) which surrounds the piezoelectric piece and wherein connection electrodes (33, 34) connected with the excitation electrode are formed; a piezoelectric base (40) being bonded with one side of the outer frame and including first connecting terminals (42, 44) connected with the connection electrodes, second connecting terminals (45, 46) formed on an opposite side of the first connecting terminals, and through-hole wiring (41, 43) connecting the first connecting terminals and the second connecting terminals; a plane base (50) including third connecting terminals connected to the second connecting terminals, external terminals formed on an opposite side of the third connecting terminals, and surface wiring connecting the third connecting terminals and the external terminals (1, 52) and being bonded to one side of the piezoelectric base; and a lid (10) being bonded to the other side of the piezoelectric frame.
