PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the superposition of the starting current peak of a motor driving each rotating body and quickly make a phase relation between respective rotating bodies a desired phase relation, while preventing the local wear of the rotating bodies and a gear driving the rotating bodies, even when black mono-color printing is continued. SOLUTION: One rotating body stands by and then, is started after the other rotating body is started, so that a phase difference between the first rotating body and the second rotating body becomes a phase difference after a phase adjustment, in full color printing.
