<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reception quality of a wireless communication device by direction control of a transmission beam in beam forming transmission. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Control is performed so that the transmission beam is directed in a direction toward the wireless communication device of the communication partner so as to transmit a first radio signal to a wireless communication device of a communication partner, and control is performed so that a second radio signal is transmitted by orienting the direction of the transmission beam in a direction settled in a predetermined deviation width from the direction in first timing before timing of the control or second timing after the timing of the control.
