<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device capable of suppressing the enlargement of the power transmission device and arranging a pump of lubricant driven by the power of an internal combustion engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The power transmission device includes, in a case, a pump 50 having: an input shaft rotary member 23 which is arranged in parallel to an rotary electric machine shaft to which a rotary electric machine 9 is connected, is provided at the end of one side in a shaft direction of an input shaft 5 transmitting the power between the internal combustion engine, and transmits the power of at least either the input shaft or the rotary electric machine shaft to a drive shaft; a pressure feeding means 54 of lubricant driven by the power of the internal combustion engine; and a pump body 51 containing the pressure feeding means. The pump includes: a bearing 56 positioned internally in a radial direction of the input shaft rotary member and provided between the input shaft rotary member and an outer peripheral part of the pump body; and a wall part 79 opposing to a side surface of the one side in the shaft direction of the input shaft rotary member. The pump body rotatably supports the input shaft rotary member via the bearing, in which the end 51a of the one side in the shaft direction is fixed to the wall part.
