PURPOSE: A cleaner is provided to ensure high detergency for all types of impurities, to prevent the degradation of detergency caused by reattachment of impurities on the surface of the cleaned material, and to secure low toxicity and flammability. CONSTITUTION: A cleaner comprises (a) a non-chlorinated fluorine-containing compound in which the vapor pressure at 20 °C is 1.33×10 Pa or more, and (b) a compound in which the vapor pressure at 20 °C is 1.33×10 Pa or less. The compound(a) is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of alcohols, ketones, esters and hydrocarbons. The compound(b) is selected from the group consisting of glycol ethers, glycol ether acetates, and hydroxycarboxylic acid esters. |
