<p>A system for transporting bulk material over a body of water to a receiving vessel. The system includes a barge having containers that are aligned along opposing sides of a conveyor system along a center line of the barge. The containers are configured to tip inward towards the conveyor system to pour bulk materials in the containers onto the conveyor system.
