<p>The present invention relates to a remote-operated device (1) for receiving and displacing balls (3) along a playing surface (5) of a billiard table (7), in order to drive the balls (3) into corresponding pockets (9) of the billiard table (7), to a kit therefor, as well as to a method for playing billiards with the above-mentioned device and/or kit. The remote-operated device (1 ) includes: a housing (11); at least one wheel (13) operatively connected to the housing (11 ), the wheel(s) (13) being provided with a corresponding motor (15); a nesting arrangement (17) for nesting a given ball (3), and for driving the ball (3) along the playing surface (5); at least one support (19) connected to the housing (11 ); and a controller (21) enabled to receive a control signal (23) from a remote control device (25) in order to drive the wheel(s) (13) in response to the control signal (23).</p> |
