METHOD OF AUTOMATIC CALL CHANGING OF TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT AND TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT PERFORMING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An automatic call switching method of a communications terminal and the communications terminal implementing the same are provided to switch a general call to the Internet through a communications terminal which has used in a wire network or a wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A communications terminal extracts the telephone number of the other terminal by a call signal which the other terminal originates(S410). In case the communications terminal supports a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) protocol, the communications terminal originates a call signal by the VoIP protocol(S451). In case the communications terminal does not support the VoIP protocol, the communications terminal originates the call signal via a VOIP protocol server(S452).
