METHOD OF TRUST MANAGEMENT IN WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS

PURPOSE: A trust management method in a radio sensor network is provided to use a group-based trust management method, thereby reducing trust estimation cost between nodes. CONSTITUTION: In a node, the trust value of each node is calculated by time-based past interaction or peer recommendation(101). A cluster-head receives the trust status of other nodes from each node. The trust value of all nodes is calculated based on a relative difference among the received trust statuses(103). A BS(Base Station) receives the trust values of other cluster-heads from each cluster-head. Using the received trust value of each cluster-head, the trust value of each group is calculated(105).
