<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable organopolysiloxane composition which forms cured products high in refractive index, light transmittance and adhesiveness to substrates, and to provide a semiconductor device excellent in reliability. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are the curable organopolysiloxane composition comprising (A) an organopolysiloxane having alkenyl groups and aryl groups and represented by an average composition formula, (B) an organopolysiloxane which has at least two silicon atom-bound hydrogen atoms in one molecule and in which ≥15 mol% of the total silicon atom-bound organic groups are aryl groups, (C) a branched organopolysiloxane having alkenyl groups, aryl groups and epoxy-containing organic groups and represented by an average unit formula, and (D) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; and the semiconductor device whose semiconductor element is coated with the cured product of the above composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
