<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that conventional electronic document falsification prevention systems detect falsification of documents but allow the detection system to determine and perform action to be taken. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing system includes a means for generating processing procedure information records of information recording papers, a means for generating message digests for information records, a means for generating information recording papers in which the information record and its message digest are synthesized with its original document, a means for reading the information and its message digest embedded into the information recording papers when the information recording papers are processed by a multi-purpose machine, a means for comparing the read information with the message digest and executing a workflow according to the comparison information, and a means for executing a workflow, such as preset copy protection, for the multi-purpose machine if the information is not read. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
