PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat capable of improving and preventing the deconditioning by a charge force to a human body from a charged charcoal layer, a far-infrared ray effect of the charcoal or removing the electricity electrostatically charged to the human body. SOLUTION: This mat 10 is disposed with a conducting wire 24 of an earth wire 26 in the charcoal layer 14 of a charcoal mat 12, five faces other than a human body side (an upper face 12A) of the charcoal mat 12 have a structure covered with an aluminum reflective sheet 16 and an exterior material 18 having insulation and heat insulating properties. When the earth wire 26 is connected to an earth terminal outlet 36 and grounded, the earth potential is charged to the charcoal layer 14 by the increased injection of ions or the far-infrared rays of the charcoal are highly efficiently and intensively radiated to the side of the upper face 12A and furthermore, the electricity electrostatically charged to the human body is released to the charcoal layer 14 via a conductive cloth cover 22 and an electricity removal sheet 20 so as to improve and prevent the deconditioning.
