PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of surface printing and electroplating which hardly cause peeling by rubbing. SOLUTION: A pre-plating layer is formed on the surface of a metal or a non-metal product to be plated after pre-plating at first to prevent the oxidation of the surface and next, ink printing is carried out and further electroplating is carried out on a non-printed part to be higher than the height of the printing layer.
