PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate flattening work of a floor surface with a rail device for a loader used by being set in the cargo chamber of a cargo vehicle, the floor of a warehouse, and the like. SOLUTION: The rail device for the loader includes a groove-type guide rail 1 disposed on the floor 4 and having an opening part 1b on the upper side, a loader rail 2 retained in the groove part 1a of the guide rail, and a lift operation device 3 for operating the loader rail. The loader rail includes a loader traveling exclusive rail 6 and a rail lift device 7 retaining the loader traveling exclusive rail to move in a vertical direction. The lift operation device is connected to the rail lift device 7, and controls vertical movement of the loader traveling exclusive rail 6. The loader traveling exclusive rail can move upward to the height same as a floor surface 4a through the lift operation device 3, and can cover the opening part 1b at a position of an opening end.
