PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a conductivity of a highly pure or ultrapure liquid, especially water, using electrodes. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method of measuring a conductivity of the highly pure or ultrapure liquid, especially water, using electrodes, characterized in that it consists of determining the conductivity by modeling the liquid in a form of an equivalent electrical circuit diagram comprising a resistor R, a capacitor Cp in parallel with the resistor R, and a series capacitor Cs.
