PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based resin composition having mechanical properties such as excellent balance between tensile strength and tensile elongation, etc., and improved appearance and a laminate using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The mixed resin composition comprises a component (A) and a component (B). The component (A) is a polylactic acid-based resin and the component (B) is a copolymer composed of a segment (a) selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-based homopolymer, an ethylene-based copolymer, an acid-modified olefin-based copolymer, an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer and a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer and a segment (b) composed of at least one an acrylic-based monomer.
