<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a hose clamp at an end of a hose while suppressing the fall-off of the hose clamp from the end of the hose. <P>SOLUTION: A holder 40 of a plate shaped member equipped with engaging means 48a and 48b engaged with an annular member 32 of the hose clamp 30 has a fitting hole 46 to which a base part 27 of a protrusion 26 of the hose 20 is fitted, and a guide slit for guiding a relative position of the fitting hole 46 with respect to the base part 27 of the protrusion 26 along the circumferential direction of the hose 20 when fitting the base part 27 of the protrusion 26 of the hose 20 into the fitting hole 46 of the holder 40.
