<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve picture quality of motion pictures by properly coping with deterioration such as jerkiness or blur. <P>SOLUTION: An attention is paid to a shutter speed at the time when input images are imaged as a factor affecting occurrence of jerkiness or blur which are causes of motion picture deterioration, and correction processing (addition of motion blur and elimination of motion blur) performed based on the evaluated value of the shutter speed is switched. When information of the shutter speed about the input images at the time when they are imaged is unknown, the shutter speed at the time of imaging is estimated by a shutter speed estimation processing means, and the correction processing performed based on the value obtained by evaluating the estimated shutter speed is switched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
