<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display capable of maintaining superior contrast, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This organic display 1 is equipped with an organic light-emitting layer 18 formed on an element substrate 2, a sealing layer 9 which is formed on the organic light-emitting layer 18, covers the organic light-emitting layer 18, and is composed of a photodegradable resin, and a protection layer 21 which is formed between the organic light-emitting layer 18 and the sealing layer 9, and bonded to a decomposition product decomposed from the photodegradable resin of the sealing layer 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
