<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement apparatus for preventing a disadvantage as a power interruption from occurring during a voltage measurement, and achieving an automatic power interruption function. <P>SOLUTION: The measurement apparatus includes: a measurement section 15 for measuring a resistance of a to-be-measured object 200a, and measuring a voltage Vm of a to-be-measured object 200b; and a power interruption section 41 for implementing a power interruption process for interrupting a power supply voltage Vcc1 supplied to the measurement section 15 when a measurement switch 23 is not operated while a predetermined time is elapsed since the power supply voltage Vcc1 is initiated to be supplied to the measurement section 15, or when the measurement switch 23 is not operated while the predetermined time is elapsed since the measurement switch 23 is operated so as to be turned off.
