PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer reduced in the consumption of a washing liquid. SOLUTION: The automatic analyzer includes: an analysis part 24 for measuring samples; an inspection information storage part 32 for storing inspection information containing a vessel ID for identifying a reaction vessel 3 used for measurement in the analysis part 24; a search part 40 for determining the reaction vessel 3 to be washed using a washing liquid in a washing process not included in measurement; and first to third search information setting displays 73, 74, 75 displayed on a display part 72 for setting search information contained in the inspection information. The search part 40 searches for inspection information containing the search information set on the first to third search information setting displays 73, 74, 75 from the inspection information stored in the inspection information storage part 32, and determines the reaction vessel 3 identified by the vessel ID contained in the inspection information used for the search as a reaction vessel 3 to be washed using the washing liquid.
