摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety of an occupant seated in a vehicle seat even if a load collides with a seat back of the vehicle seat from the rear side. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lock structure includes: a pressure receiving plate 62 which is incorporated in a seat back 3, and moves forward to a vehicle front side by a collision load when the collision load is applied from the rear side of the seat back 3; a lock pin 61 which is retractably movably incorporated into the seat back 3 in a vehicle width direction, and fitted to a lock pin hole 5a bored in a car body side surface 5 in a vehicle compartment; and a cam mechanism 63 which converts the linear movement of the pressure receiving plate 62 into a linear movement actually perpendicular to that linear movement when the pressure receiving plate 62 moves forward to a vehicle front side by receiving the collision load, moves forward the lock pin 61 usually stopped in a removed state from the lock pin hole 5a, and inserts the lock pin 61 into the lock pin hole 5a.
