PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension mechanism of a working vehicle capable of restraining generation of a surge pressure. SOLUTION: This mechanism comprises: a suspension cylinder 15/15; a hydraulic source 35; a lifting solenoid valve 40 arranged between the suspension cylinder 15/15 and the hydraulic source 35 and having a first lifting position A and a second lifting position B; a lowering solenoid valve 50 arranged between the suspension cylinder 15/15 and the lifting solenoid valve 40 and having a first lowering position C and a second lowering position D; and an unloading solenoid valve 70 connected between the hydraulic source 35 and the lifting solenoid valve 40 and having a first unloading position E and a second unloading position F. The lifting solenid valve 40 can flow working oil pressure-fed by the hydraulic source 35 and working oil in the suspension cylinder 15/15 flown out via the lowering solenoid valve 50 into an oil tank 25, at the first lifting position A.
