<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device, etc. capable of calculating a minute parallax with high accuracy, and suppressing an increase in circuit scale for parallax calculation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This distance measuring device includes: an image cut-out section 141 which acquires the positions of optical axes respectively, concerning a standard image and a reference image created by a standard imaging system and a reference imaging system, and sets plane coordinates of the standard image and the reference image so that a position separated by a predetermined number of pixels from the position of the optical axis of the reference image in the direction of approaching to the center of the optical axis of a lens which the standard imaging system has, has the same coordinate values as those of the position of the optical axis of the standard image; a parallax calculation section 142 which calculates an evaluation value between the images of a partial region of the standard image and a partial region of the reference image on the basis of the set coordinates, and calculates a temporary parallax from the calculated evaluation value; and a parallax correction section 143 for calculating a parallax by subtracting the predetermined number of pixels from the calculated temporary parallax.
