<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter blade horn and a cutter blade holder, firmly fixing a cutter blade while easily attaching it. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cutter blade horn 21 has an attachment opening portion 211 to attach the cutter blade holder 22 capable of detachably holding and fixing the cutter blade 3, and is provided with: a diameter reduced tapered portion 212 reduced in diameter from the attachment opening portion 211 toward the inside of the cutter blade horn 21; and a female threaded portion 213 coupled with the diameter reduced tapered portion 212. The cutter blade holder 22 has: a male threaded portion 221 screwed into the female threaded portion 213 of the cutter blade horn 21; a diameter expanding tapered portion 222 expanding in diameter from the male threaded portion 221 and having a tapered surface 224 corresponding to a tapered surface 214 of the diameter reduced tapered portion 212 of the cutter blade horn 21; and a cutter blade fixing portion 223 coupled with the diameter expanding tapered portion 222.
