PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded inside surface photographing camera allowing a user to observe an inner circumferential wall of a tube while cleaning the wall ahead of photographing of the wall. SOLUTION: The welded inside surface photographing camera 1 includes: a photographing means 10 capable of photographing the inner circumferential wall 2 of the tube P; a supporting means 20 for supporting the photographing means 10 movably in the axial line direction of the tube; and a dedicated controller 40 for displaying an image photographed by the photographing means 10, and the camera 1 moves inside the tube and enables the circumferential wall 2 to be observed and recorded. The camera 1 also includes a cleaning means 30 which is connected to the supporting means 20 in the preceding position and cleans the circumferential wall 2 inside the tube as the camera moves.
