PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power source supporting structure that deforms left and right side frames so that they bend toward outside of a vehicle when an impact load acts on the left and right side frames in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. SOLUTION: In a vehicle power source supporting structure 25, a slit 86 is formed in a left support member 61 in a vehicle width direction to open a front through-hole 85 toward the outside of the vehicle. When an impact load F1 acts on a left side frame 11 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the slit 86 receives a shift of a bolt 91 in the vehicle width direction so that the left side frame 11 can deform toward the outside of the vehicle.
