PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member for which a light-emitting member and a light-receiving member are positioned so as not to change with time by adjusting the relative positions of both members in a housing. SOLUTION: In the optical member 1, a fixing member 3 for holding the light-emitting member 2 is bridged and fixed to the housing 5 for holding the light-receiving member 4 by a photo-curable resin 6 so as to have a gap with the housing 5. On the housing 5, a recess 7 is formed which is adjacent to a position where the photo-curable resin 6 is placed, is open so as to project light to the inside and receives part of the photo-curable resin 6.
