<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a filter of a face image photographing device such as a face direction detection device and a face authentication device, which blocks visible light and a light ray in the near-infrared region of 850 nm or shorter vaguely recognizable with human eyes and which transmits the near-infrared light of the wavelength side longer than 850 nm. Ž<P>SOLUTION: At least three kinds of dyes, preferably five kinds of dyes (each of the dyes has spectral light transmittance specified in this detailed description) are contained in a transparent thermoplastic resin such as a polycarbonate resin.
