Decision unit (24d) determines whether or not the combination of the type of work head (H) detected by a head type detection means and the type of work equipment (E) detected by an equipment type detection means matches a combination stored in the memory unit (24c). An operation regulating unit (24e) regulates the traveling operation of a moving stage (11) by an operation control unit (24a) when the decision unit (24d) determines that the combination of the type of work head (H) mounted on the moving stage (11) and the type of work equipment (E) mounted on a base (3) does not match a combination stored in the memory unit (24c).</p>
