PURPOSE: A method and the miniature hand-held interrogator is provided to reproduce the damaged headlight can reproduce without replace by using the UV coating material on the light front cover. CONSTITUTION: The surface (a) of the light front cover(1) is evenly mapped to the sandpaper. The dirt or the thought dust is cleanly washed. The UV coating material of the acryl group is sprayed in the surface (c) of the light front cover. The surface (d) of the light front cover(1) is researched with the hand-held UV enumerator(5). The hand-held UV enumerator examines light for 1~2 minutes.
