PURPOSE: A method for managing parking fee using mobile phone and system for performing the same are provided to facilitate the contact point about the car owner and to grasp immediately long time parking state. CONSTITUTION: The image reader(23) analyzes the image of the vehicles inputted from the camera and decides parking lot entrance or exit of the vehicles. The number recognizer(24) records the license number and entrance or exit time recognized in the vehicle image in database. The database(25) stores the license plate numbers, the entrance time, the exit time, the mobile phone number and parking fee item according to the car management table. The parking barrier controller(26) generates the control signal raising the barrier. According to the information recorded in database, the parking fee calculator(27) decides the parking fee. The phone number and parking fee of the driver are transferred to the billing system. |
