A ligularia fischeri naengmyeon including an angelica gigas nakai, an astragalus membranaceus bunge, and a ligularia fischeri comprises 1-3wt% of ligularia fischeri powder, 0.05-0.25wt% of hot liquid extracted from the angelica gigas nakai and the astragalus membranaceus bunge. The ligularia fischeri naengmyeon including an angelica gigas nakai, an astragalus membranaceus bunge, and a ligularia fischeri comprises the following steps.
