PURPOSE: A display apparatus, a method of manufacturing the same, and an apparatus of bonding substrates are provided to prevent reliability of the display apparatus from being lowered due to lowering of the coupling force between plastic substrates and a combining member. CONSTITUTION: In the first plastic substrate(100), a display area(PA) and a surrounding area(SA) that surrounds the display space are defined. A plurality of pixels(150) are arranged on the display area. The second plastic substrate(300) is opposite to the first plastic substrate. The first plastic substrate and the second plastic substrate are combined each other in the surrounding area. The second substrate(400) includes the second plastic substrate, the first optical shield layer(BM1), the second optical shield layer(BM2), a color filter(CF), a spacer(130) and a common electrode.
